On the afternoon of September 28th, Li Ying, Assistant to the Minister of Human Resources of Sensong Group, Zhang Qiuyue, Director of the Human Resources Section, Zhang Fengrong, Minister of Human Resources of Sensong Life Science and Technology, Mo Haojie, Human Resources Manager of Sensong Energy Materials, Dai Hongjun and Zhang Weijing, Human Resources Managers of Shanghai Senyong Engineering Equipment Co., LTD., and others visited the School of Mechanical Engineering. Both sides held a discussion and exchange on aspects such as overseas talent cultivation, school-enterprise cooperation, and student employment. Geng Chunshu, the deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Mechanical Engineering, Chen Jianjun, the vice dean, and the counselors in charge of employment work from the School of Chemical Engineering and the School of Mechanical Engineering attended the symposium.

Li Ying introduced the business scope, global layout, talent cultivation system, career development channels, welfare system and corporate culture of Sensong Group. She indicated that the enterprise currently has a significant demand for overseas students majoring in mechatronics. She hopes that both sides will further enhance school-enterprise cooperation, jointly explore overseas talent cultivation models, and contribute to the sustainable development of the enterprise on a global scale.

Chen Jianjun introduced the basic situation of the School of Mechanical Engineering from aspects such as teaching staff, talent cultivation and international cooperation. He hopes that the school and the enterprise will deepen cooperation in talent cultivation, further education and employment, etc., achieve an effective connection between talent supply and industrial demand, and form a virtuous development closed loop. Geng Chunshu introduced the employment situation of the college's graduates in light of the recent employment trends, the distribution of employment units for the college's graduates, and the students' employment intentions. She pointed out that the talent cultivation model of school-enterprise cooperation has a positive impact on enhancing students' employment willingness, and looks forward to the continuous deepening of cooperation between the two sides in terms of resource sharing and complementary advantages.

At the symposium, the school and the enterprise had an in-depth exchange on how to strengthen school-enterprise cooperation, improve the quality of talent cultivation, and promote student employment. Both the school and the enterprise expressed that they would take this exchange as a starting point, actively respond to the national call for deepening the integration of industry and education, jointly enhance the innovation and practical abilities of talents in key fields such as machinery and chemical engineering, and work together to build a high-quality talent cultivation and supply channel for the future.

After the meeting, the company held an on-site job fair, systematically introducing the current development status and talent demands of its key business segments such as semiconductor manufacturing, life science and technology research and development, and energy material innovation to students from the School of Mechanical Engineering and the School of Chemical Engineering.
